A spiritual fellowship for deeper connection.
To yourself. To one another. To something greater.

To yourself. To one another. To something greater.

A powerful experience is only the beginning.
People come to UAF for different reasons: disconnection, old patterns, grief, loss of purpose, or simply the sense that life has become narrower than it needs to be.
UAF brings together immersive rites of passage, structured integration, and long-term spiritual community. The retreat may be where the experience begins, but the work continues in relationships, Growth Groups, gatherings, and everyday life.
Two paths into one fellowship.
Men of Integrity and Women of Sovereignty each begin with a four-day small-group retreat and continue through structured integration into the wider UAF fellowship.

A brotherhood that keeps showing up.
For men ready to trade performance for presence, and isolation for a lasting brotherhood.

A sisterhood that holds what women carry.
For women ready to set some of it down, and rediscover a self that doesn’t have to earn its place.

Direct experience, not required belief.
UAF’s spiritual tradition is centered on direct experience of connection: with yourself, with others, and with what we call the Cosmic Mind.
We do not ask anyone to accept that on authority. Experience comes first. What someone believes about that experience remains personal.

A month of feeling different is common. Six months of living differently is not. We focus on how you are doing six months and longer.
Six months later
UAF began systematically measuring long-term outcomes in October 2025. These figures reflect 11 six-month follow-up surveys from Men of Integrity, representing 10 participants. Where the same measure appears at baseline and six months, results are compared with each person’s own starting point. Results are updated as more participants reach six months.
Four people, four different rooms.
“I gained clarity and deep insights into myself. I awoke to realize my connection with the world around me and a knowledge that everything is and will be ok.”
“After searching for the extraordinary, I fell in love with the mundane.”
“As soon as I walked through the door I knew: I was safe and exactly where I was supposed to be.”
“I came home feeling open and energized. My wife told me how much calmer and happier I seemed.”
